In addition to written descriptions, students are invited to share visual images of their days through the "A Day in the Life: Photo Diaries," a digital photography exchange. In addition to ongoing activities, the Photo Diaries will have two OneDay events this year, the first on Tuesday November 10th, and the second in April/May. http://media.iearn.org/projects/onedayinthelife. 6. FRIENDS BOOK. A global project inviting students to draw images of themselves, their homes and their dreams, and then to exchange and discuss them with new project friends. From these images, we will compose Friends Books of participants, and make both hard and virtual copies of each book with contacts and pictures instead of photos. By drawing themselves, we believe both young people with disabilities and without them from all over the world will make a step towards each other and help each other to overcome various barriers appearing in their lives and communities. http://media.iearn.org/projects/friends.
