個人會員申請

入會申請表及章程 個人會員: 新加入者入會費100元&年費200元。 原有會員每年1月1日至2月28日繳交當年度年費200元， 未繳交者即進入停權名單，若連續2年未繳交年費開除會籍,第3年後視同新加入。
